Terms of Service
These terms describe how reservations with WHA Rides work. Your quote and booking confirmation contain the specific terms for your ride.
Reservations and rates
Rates are quoted by our dispatch team based on the trip details you submit and are confirmed with you before your ride. A request submitted through this website is not a confirmed reservation until dispatch confirms it. Rates may be adjusted if trip details (such as distance, duration, stops, or vehicle) change after booking.
Service area
We serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including O'Hare and Midway airports. If an address appears to be outside our usual service radius, the booking form will let you know; we may still be able to help on request.
Payments
Where a booking is paid online, card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment confirms the fare shown on your payment link.
Cancellations and waiting time
Cancellation terms and waiting-time terms are confirmed in your quote and booking confirmation. Please contact dispatch as soon as your plans change.
