Terms of Service

Reservations

Rates quoted by our dispatch team are based on the trip details you submit and are confirmed with you before your ride, and may be adjusted if trip details (distance, duration, stops, or vehicle) change after booking.

Service area

Service is limited to the area configured in assets/js/pricing-config.js (by default, a radius around downtown Chicago covering O'Hare and Midway). Requests outside that area cannot be accepted online.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the cancellation fee shown in your original quote.

Liability

WHA Rides carries commercial auto insurance in accordance with Chicago and Illinois requirements for livery service.
