When you request a quote or make a reservation, we collect the information necessary to fulfill it: your name, phone number, email address, and trip details (pickup, destination, and pickup time).

How we use it

Your information is used solely to schedule and dispatch your reservation and communicate about your trip. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Google Maps Platform

Address entry and route calculation, when a Google Maps key is configured, are powered by Google Maps Platform. Address text you enter is sent to Google to resolve locations and calculate distance/duration, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
